    Responsibilities:
    Good leader with organisation skills, to organise and to lead a team of marketing staffs to work towards the company marketing goal and objectives.
    Take good advantage of marketing tools and strategies to motivate and train marketing staffs in achieving good performance.
    To focus and identify international market and create sales opportunities and with good understanding of countries’ requirements.
    Plan, review and execute marketing activities as per company goal and objectives’ requirements.
    Conduct international market survey and study to determine product trend and development, direction and saleable.
    To coordinate and liaise with all departments in the company to ensure good exports and delivery on time to customer at all times.
    Liaise and work together with RND to develop new products and with continuous improvement on existing ones.
    To plan timely launching of new products into international market with good understanding of international standard and fulfilling requirements.
    Actively create and generating new ideas and activities to stay proactive in searching of new customers and leads in international market.
    Promote existing products constantly in market place to reduce stock and inventory thus generating a well- balanced stock for incoming new products
    Review, study and ensure customers’ complaints are well taken care with thorough and precise investigation report attached to every NCR.
    Develop and practise good system within marketing to have an effective executing of speedy responses to customers’ requests eg enquiry, quotation, sample and etc.
    Generate good report with emphasis of complimentary actions taken among departments, team actions, sales achievement and actions required to work towards the sales target.
    Project good image for the company.
